Zackery

My name is Zackery but I do prefer Zack, even though I tell people I don't care. I currently live in the Bay Area, work full time testing hardware & software on Rivian vehicles, attend school part time at City College of San Francisco, and do photography as a hobby—but it didn't start out like that. Three years ago, I was a gamer, playing an unhealthy amount each day. I knew nothing about photography and was attending school for a totally different reason. I did, however, have an unused Canon Rebel T6 in my possession. After watching it collect dust for a year, I decided to pick it up and give it a shot—literally. Now, I'm photographing around the city whenever I have a moment to spare. My girlfriend encouraged me to go back to school, and so I changed my major to photography. I haven't touched a video game in more than a year which is crazy for me. As a new photographer I don't have any accomplishments to share—yet I have the desire and passion to get better everyday. If I had it my way I would love for photography to become my main job. Being able to take pictures around the country or countries! Showcasing the best that place has to offer.
